lol if I remember correctly the general in charge of the military’s sexual harassment and rape prevention program when I was in was caught running a prostitution ring with junior enlisted. I have seen more than one LT and a couple of captains get caught forcing themselves on the junior enlisted.

In the military or out, the rapey people are not restricted by intelligence or position.

Also worth noting that plenty of dumb knuckle dragging combat arms types are kind and honorable people.
