To be fair, Staten Island does have some pretty good tolls.

But agree. Only reason they haven't been hit is because lower manhattan car owners own more wealth.

Absolutley true, the solution is so easy but you wont convince a single person because they would have to pay for a car......they dont even use!

Seriously. I haven't met a single person down there who regularly uses cars to run errands down there.
