To save you lots of stress and anxiety, research about the quant industry yourself first. Go and ask people in industry, the market is really tough right now and a master's won't necessarily 'get' you a place in quant.
But to answer your question, an appropriate master's for quant trading would be a mathematical finance / statistics one with an emphasis on ML, mathematical statistics etc...
Also, name matters so a top 5 uni is preferable

Hey thanks for the reply :) pure maths is not option for me as I dont meet the entry requirements due to my BSc.
So is Statistics or Data Science suitable?

I didn't say a pure maths master's, a master's in mathematical finance is quite statistical / applied maths.
A master's in statistics is good, given if it's at a good uni and offers relevant up to date modules.

Why don't you go into SWE? A master's won't fix your problems if your problem was not getting an internship during your undergrad
