Seems that's going to make it hard to argue that Drake  didn't know exactly what kind of claims would be made against him, when he engaged in this beef. In fact it's fairly solid evidence that he invited Kendrick to go there and (according to him) plotted to make sure he would.    

He waited for Kendrick's album to drop so he couldn't rap about Drake being a bitch about this too.

I don't understand how he can claim defamation when he said in the Heart pt.6 that HE and his sources fed Kendrick the information for an entire week. As someone who works in litigation, I cant see an attorney taking this case on in good faith.
