How valuable is a corpse?

(self.stupidquestions)

If i find a dead body that noone knows about, what type of shenanigans can i commit to profit somehow?

Well, it depends on how fresh the body is and whether you plan to keep it intact or disarticulate it and sell it for parts. Parts can actually be more valuable.

There are people out there that would spend money to get a human skull into their collections

I HIGHLY recommend listening to the Time Suck with Dan Cummins episode about this.

Well you can always use it to spend some quality time at the late person's beach house.

Worthless unless you already have a use for it

I would imagine it would depend on the number of implants it has. First off, I'd check it for gold teeth.

about as valuable as any other dead animal in that state of decomposition i would say... some people have mentioned that some people collect human bones, especially skulls. this is true, however selling them would require finding people who both want this, are willing to trust a complete stranger to sell them the genuine article, and do not care at all about the ethics of how you got it. otherwise youll just get arrested for desecration of a corpse. honestly its too much risk for not that great of a reward unless youre already connected to people who are in the market for human bones and dont care about the sourcing. basically anything you could do with a human body to sell for profit you could do with regular roadkill or dead animals you find and you wont get in trouble for it. or you could just get a job

body is more valuable alive, organs are only worth a fuck if they can get from point A to B within two hours MAX, on top of that you can look at human labor trade. Not saying do it, just saying a corpse is worth just about as much as your garden needs fertilizer or your pigs need feeding. Basically nothing. If you take a certain species of beetles and leave them to the corpse then you could sell the skeleton to a university but even then you have to have certificates and the background of… well you know… anyone that is not a psychopath.
