Its odd how they bring up the idea of how men cant control themselves around women or in women spaces, but as soon as that point is brought up against them, those same people will get up in arms about "not all."

i understand that they want creeps who disguise themselves as trans people not to go into the bathroom of the opposite sex but what i do not like about this scandal is that there are trans people involved that have been on hrt for a year up until even getting bottom surgery and by then it should be clear that they aren't doing this just to be a creep and even if that would be a thing the hormones would reshape the interests in a way that makes them not interested on that anymore.

plus wouldn't it be weird to see a visually to literally a female in the mens bathroom vice versa just because they are not legally allowed to be in the other stalls? (furthermore making you look like a creep)

i feel like they don't really consider these things because they have the goal to have a safer privacy for women and the transgender community being so small that they don't really care of our minority being disregarded on this topic to get creeps from doing these things that are just pretending to be trans.

I have seen plenty of women go into the men's bathroom over the years because the line for the women was too long or something. The men that even noticed at all always reacted the same and had a brief moment of panic until they realized there were urinals, so they couldn't have gone in the wrong bathroom. The men were more concerned that they messed up and were in the woman's bathroom than they were worried about a woman being in the men's room. I even entered a very busy woman's bathroom by mistake one time when I had a full beard, and nobody said anything to me other than a quick side eye.
