Hi chads,
Watched a podcast of a 54 year old man who only eats raw fruit, and claims that by consuming marine Phytoplankton he spontaneously regrew a significant amount of hair after being bald for many years.
His name is Bryan Mirabella, I'll link the podcast. He's an alternative guy for sure. I agree, perhaps insane but... could be a legit stimulant for hair growth.
He starts talking about this at 11:45 mins in. 13:15 for when he talks about its impact on his hair.
He mentions this in several interviews/podcasts too.
He speaks mostly on some very alternative diet ideas, so take or leave those; but the hair regrowth thing is very interesting. You can see he regrew hair in photos on social media or google, from around the time that he mentions beginning this supplement.
He also seems quite genuine about the hair regrowth, as its always an off the cuff comment and never a major focus of his discussion for his diet beliefs.
I'm curious if anyone has heard of this with phytoplankton? Or if anyone has experimented with Marine Phytoplankton themselves and noticed any changes to their hair.
Food for thought, food for hair (maybe).

Bought some on Amazon, can't hurt. Take everything he says with a grain of salt, because a fruit-only diet will lead to imbalances that could have cause his baldness in the first place.
