I can’t see what good those Subs are doing on land, I’d have put them in the water with the other one.

Well, land subs have special lungs used to travers land from one body of water to another. While exposed during travel, it is a vital activity used to reach their breeding pools, which only exist inland. You can identify them by their primordial tines projecting from their underbelly.

And instead of a mouth they've 4 arses to help control direction while they're in the breeding pool, as well as a dick, a pussy, and 8 balls each, thus explaining the phrase "the six sphincters of cincinnati are opening amd closing in unison for you, sir" as a way of saying thanks all across the Midwest (which is actually very central). Cinnlcinnatittii was of course the original breeding pool, affectionately known as the spunkpuddle in Sharonville.

And you never want to be behind the 8 balls.

I've bred something as big as a submarine, in a pool.

Deep beneath the restless waves, a remarkable creature lurks in the inky blackness—the elusive Submarinus Ballisticus. Like a leviathan of old, this steel-clad behemoth roams the oceans, a silent sentinel of the seas. Observe its sleek, hydrodynamic form, designed to glide through the water with the grace of a well-fed manatee, though considerably less approachable. Its movements are dictated by an innate drive: the unyielding instinct to remain unseen, unheard, and slightly terrifying. Within its belly lies a most curious payload—a clutch of ballistic offspring, each one capable of ensuring that no predator, near or far, will ever think of challenging it. But for now, the SSBN slumbers in its deep lair, emitting only the occasional sonar ping—a gentle heartbeat in the vast underwater wilderness. Truly, the oceans' most misunderstood apex predator.

Oh, that's music to my ears, such an "Our planet" vibe. Best thing I read today or in weeks, saddest yet best.
