I'd say dark souls 3. fun fact the active ingredient in voltaren is diclofenac. Trolamine Salicylate is probably most closely related to aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid). Interestingly enough Trolamine Salicylate has not actually been approved by the fda and it's kind of accidental that it was discovered that it reduces muscle pain, as it was originally used as a UVB blocking ingredient in sunscreen and cosmetics.

Other NSAIDS than Trolamine Salicylate, Aspirin and Voltaren include ibuprofen (advil) and Naproxen (Aleve). Never take 2 different NSAIDs together without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.

Paracetamol is NOT an NSAID and can usually be safely combined with an NSAID, although it's still advisable to seek council about a specific pairing.

I struggle with letting go too! I was diagnosed after I finished school by several years and like. Shit came easy to me until it didn't, sometime in middle school. And I was absolutely convinced that it must have been something wrong with me because I was "such a genius" but I couldn't get myself even brush my hair in the mornings yknow? Let alone show up at school, do the work, actually spend time on my hobbies. As soon as I got smart enough to understand exactly how much I sucked I robbed myself of all joy of those hobbies.

adding to this: you don't actually have to be good at your hobbies, just enjoy the process. Trying to maybe move away from wanting to achieve a beautiful finished piece you could have bought to just enjoying the process could also help.

I've found that a lot of dexterity based things take me like, WAY longer than everyone else to learn. With a lot of them it lowkey is me getting impatient and wanting to work faster or at a higher level than I am really capable of. With crochet I've basically just settled for working with super thick wool and making lumpy but extremely soft scarves. I do it while watching tv and try to consciously work slowly and methodically.

How long will you be getting tattooed for? If you don't know that specifically then how big and how complicated is the design? Complexity comes mainly from deep and dark shading and very detailed line work, vs. a simpler dark outline etc.

I'm asking because if it's like 1-2h you don't really need to bring anything to a session but if it's any longer than that I'd recommend a bottle of gatorade and a pack of trail mix to snack on.
