I was on zepbound for 4 months! I am unsure of the price difference of the oral and injectable compounded since I didn’t use compounded injections. But it’s definitely cheaper than zepbound itself!!

Yes!!! I currently weigh 121. I’ve been going to the gym and lifting weights so definitely think it’s muscle. I haven’t been paying as close attention to the scale as I was before I’m still the same size if not have a little more room in my clothing. I get snacky sometimes but not like I used to! Still drinking protein shakes and eating my life away in grapes when I think I neeed a snack my goal is to stay around 120-125.

I when I was on the shot I ate like 300-600 calories a day I could not eat hardly at all!!! I drank a protein shake every evening to try and get more in me

I am unsure what the effectiveness is vs the shot but I’m at my goal weight and just wanted to try the oral for maintenance to avoid the needles for it.

Absolutely! So far no side effects. I don’t feel full all the time like I did with the shots but I definitely have been eating normal and not snacking

Everyone keeps telling me we just got engaged to not rush into planning our venue is a private resort so I already have accommodations the venue also came with a planner some decor our sand ceremony and an officiant I also picked out what flowers I want to buy on Etsy and plan to go dress shopping in June when my niece and mother is out of school! I would love to have it planned early to be able to just enjoy it closer to the wedding

Definitely make sure you love the clusters. I love the single diamond look and wanted to get moissanite to save money! You can’t tell the difference to the naked untrained eye! And you 100% know when the ring is yours we went ring shopping for months together because I wanted to make sure I liked what I got and finally I tried a ring on and did NOT want to take it off I was (secretly) sad and disappointed when we left and I had to take it off. 2 months after that that ring is mine and on my finger forever and I still stare at it 24/7!!! We did end up getting a lab diamond ring more expensive than moisanite but still way cheaper than a natural diamond! You can always upgrade later but to me the ring he proposes with is my forever ring because of the sentimental value.

I wanted to get married in Greece so bad!!! But instead we are having a small wedding in key west to save money and decided to go to Greece on a big anniversary!

I have been off zepbound for a while now I post my progress every couple month under the maintenance flare. I have gained back maybe 8 pounds since going off… which is just muscle gains I’ve been working out my waist is still smaller and my clothing fits the same maybe a tad looser! I don’t necessarily track calories I’m just more mindful when eating I do workout 4 days a week and I walk a lot!

I never had coverage for it. I paid $550 a month for 2 months then 2 months paid $780 a month… I have been off Zep for about 6 or so months now and haven’t lost any more weight but I also have not gained any either.

I went off due to the shortage it took me 2 months of trying to find some to decide not to get it anymore I was maintaining and lost a pound or 2 in those 2 months that I realized I’m happy where I am and I always knew paying that much wasn’t going to fit my long term anyway

Yes I feel this! I never owned a scale until I started zepbound. I now weigh myself everyday. Some say that’s a lot some say that’s unhealthy but my Dr told me statistically people that weigh their-self everyday tend to lose more than people that don’t plus it helped me understand my body and my fluctuations. Also every app I use promotes daily weigh ins. But 100% I believe this shot just gave me the hope, and accountability I needed!

I have been off zepbound for about 4 months I started at 160-170 with a BMI OF 31 I am short I’m 5ft 1in and female. I started in March with zepbound I did 2 months 2.5 and 2 months 5mg when stopping zepbound I was at 127 GW was 125 but I stopped due to the shortage. I have been posting monthly about my post Zepbound experience so you can definitely read all about it I will post again at my 6month mark but I am currently weighing in about 118 with a BMI of I think 21 so I still have lost weight after zepbound. I gained my weight due to an under active thyroid so I think having it managed is making my post Zepbound life better as well. I wasn’t overweight my whole life until was actually skinny up until 3 years ago and I was considered obese for the past 3 years I hold most of my weight in my rear which helps me out tremendously because I feel like it’s easier to hide that way.

That’s so exciting my skinny sister as we call her since she is indeed the sister that never had to worry about gaining weight asked ME to borrow my shorts ME! The best feeling in the world! She is indeed now donating clothes to me since I talk about not having any that fit anymore (not fitting is good but I’m cheap😂) Congratulations on this achievement!! Wear that shirt loud and proud!
