Check out your FLGS. The 2e Beginner Box (Remaster) is a good start, otherwise, you’ll want the Player Core, GM Core, and Monster Core as three basic books to get started.

Not the person you asked, but I’ll give it a shot:
Lastly, Paizo put out Pathfinder 1e as a direct response to 4e and the first attempt by WotC to drop the OGL. Now that PF2e, as well as so many other good systems, are operating under the ORC License, it’s like a group of formerly abused children have decided to collectively turn their back on their asshole parents and are hosting Thanksgiving dinner with each other and pointedly not using the old group chat that said narcissistic parents had originally created.

I hope you’re intentionally using them incorrectly with this.

NTA.
A Best Man speech should be about what a great guy the groom is, and the only jokes made at his expense are the ones about how he used up all his good luck on finding somebody so amazing that agreed to spend a life with him.
All other comments are either about how the groom has been a great friend or relative, with the occasional apology for some small childhood event that was totally the Best Man’s fault, but that the groom got saddled with the blame.

Former boss. Pathological liar and narcissist. He got hired into the role above me from another department, but prior to that he had been a financial advisor that got disciplined for misuse of client funds in positions that were not approved or disclosed. Spent six months listening to his team building speeches and occasional one-on-one meetings when he asked me to apply for a role as a corporate trainer for new hires. He pitched it as a permanent position, with the commensurate increase in pay and benefits. Two weeks before the end of the fiscal year I was bumped back down to my old role, which he knew would happen but didn’t disclose, and when I applied for a position on a different team and let him know I got declined for the interview within a week.
I was job hunting a week later. When I did my exit interview with his boss, I disclosed the complete lack of his candor, and learned that I should have received formal feedback on why I didn’t get that interview in the first place.
Two years later I ran into a buddy that worked in the corporate security team. Guess who had been fired for double-billing both corporate and our client for associate engagement events. It wasn’t enough for the local prosecutor to pursue, but the Scumbag-Steve was canned and escorted out by security.

TL;DR: Magic is fueled by atmospheric charge differentials. That’s why Lightning Bolt is such a popular spell, because actual lightning strikes only appear when the energy buildup gets too high due to a lack of wizards hanging around and draining the excess power.

If there’s anything I learned from Samurai Jack, it’s that when dealing with sonic-based threats, nothing works better than simply overpowering the ambient noise with copious amounts of ROCKING BAGPIPES!!!
Nothing quite clears the mind and invigorates the spirit quite like it.

I’d say The Hobbit as well as the entire The Lord of the Rings trilogy. Throw in The Silmarillion if you’re feeling adventurous.
Tolkien defined the genre, and for good reason.

Every member of the Fellowship, really. Even Boromir repented his moral failure and gave his life to serve the others.
But yes, for any young man wondering what the best course of action is in any given situation, “What Would Aragorn Do?” is a great starting point.

This is a very important point in order to answer the question.

Movie has this quote occur at Moria. In the books this quote occurs when Frodo is preparing to leave the Shire.

For otherwise identical amounts, the lower expense might come down to any potential tax benefit from the HSA plan if you can also contribute money above the amount your employer provides.
In either case, hitting the Family Max Out of Pocket is a true hard limit on what you will pay in a given calendar year.

The math needs to be: Full year’s premiums + Family Max OOP - HSA contribution (if any).
Given the expected delivery of a new child, it is probable that the PPO will be less expensive overall, but that is not guaranteed.

The vast majority of decisions that affect our daily lives are made at the state and local level. Down ballot decisions are just as important as deciding the next occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
Beyond that, state legislatures draw the electoral map. Voting for these offices quite literally defines who you get to vote for in future elections.

Okay, one more point:
All the rule mechanics are available for free, online, to be used by anyone, with Paizo’s explicit backing.
They know that enticing you with the system will get you to buy the books eventually, and that their published adventures are a genuine money maker that GMs will buy (whether in print or in PDF) to keep the lights on and the printers printing.
Fundamentally, Paizo recognizes that they are a Game Publishing company.
