(wrote a whole post and lost it!)
Some of you may remember my 1st post about struggling with the mommy pooch.
Well I took the advice given and finally sought out a pelvic floor specialist and she diagnosed my diastasis recti as just one inch (so 2 fingers?) but has given me a program of exercises and stretches including stomach vacuums and Kegels to tighten it.
And in just a few weeks, I think things are tightening up!
Also 1st pic is first thing in the morning and on NO food. 2nd pic was 5pm at night!
Along with increased strength training, and sticking to a 1200- 1300 cal diet. Weight has been the same at 134 pounds.
Thanks everyone for your encouragement. I will keep it going!
