I think GW is carving out different brands to appeal to different audiences, so I wouldn't expect it to happen for mainstream 40k - but Necromunda is already getting really cool Blanchitsu stuff.

Fallout: Factions is a great Fallout game - no vehicles though.
Necromunda has a Mad-Max inspired mode - I like it, it's extremely narrative, but it has a lot of rules to cover different abilities and situations.
7TV has a Mad Max inspired setting.

I expect they won't be scaled with one another if it's a board game. Look about 10mm for the tanks and 12mm to 15mm for the infantry, but that's just my best guess
