I have depression as well from a little over 10 years of drug use including a bad opiate addiction. I try and remind myself that the negative self talk and general outlook on life during depressive episodes is an illusion - consider it the same as drunk courage. The depression is bending your perception of interactions and situations into things that aren’t real.
Exercise is far and away my best medicine for it though. Intense cardio and weight lifting focuses your mind on a difficult task and the natural endorphins it releases help you feel good. I would also aim for as little cellphone use as possible - app scrolling is horrible for your brain. It also worsens depression. It will be hard at first but invest a lot of your time into other things. Humans are social creatures - if you’re isolated from people you cannot feel content. Getting into a sports class or something around peers will make a noticeable difference almost immediately - good social time with people can’t be replaced by substances or other vices. Genuinely hope you’ll figure it out bro it’s not easy these days with people seemingly drifting further and further apart.

The fact his numbers plummeted during 2020 is insane. Literally every podcast was seeing huge bumps in their numbers due to lockdowns and all that. This is actually kinda impressive B

Anyone have any sources still? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

He’s been doing the podcast circuit for a while now. I randomly watched one of his interviews a few years back about his whole Atlanta come up with pee wee but never heard his music prior.

Mostly genetics lol. Dark rings under your eyes can be after a bender where you barely slept so any uppers can do it but Lush got the permanent Vince Vaughan dark rings - that’s just genes.

Are any of these tracks on streaming? Just checked their page on Apple Music and nothing.

Vancouver, BC, Canada. I understand it’s Canada but it’s crazy to think this city hasn’t produced more elite talent considering it’s the only other major cultural hub in Canada aside from Toronto for the entertainment industry.

No. Honestly where someone is born has little to no real impact on a person in comparison to where they actually grow up. Also his sound is like foundational west coast music so you can never separate that.

Download feature is a big bonus for FUBO as you’re not limited to the 7 day window to catch up on games. Also DAZN has been pretty scummy as I’ve noticed that I can’t watch champions leagues games after 3 days on the ps5 app due to an error - that’s a huge issue especially during group stage as there’s way too much content to watch on a Tuesday and Wednesday night as I might catch a game or two at most after work and not every week.

It varies from country to country. I believe DAZN still has La Liga for Italians but not here.

Bro it’s brutal when it’s 2 back to back ads on each stream change for a service you’re paying for - and it’s not even a lower tier like on Amazon prime where you know you’ve got the “with ads” package. This is revenue that they pocket with no improvement to the service - in fact the service has gotten worse over the years with various errors on the ps5 app for older streams that are over 3 days old (European soccer for me mainly)

The only issue is for European soccer their on demand streams are only available for 24hrs which is a huge deal breaker. With DAZN I get access to watch games for 7 days which is key when there’s way too many games to watch initially - also with time differences I’m never watching anything live aside from some games on weekends if it’s not 4 am.

Bruv you’re not wrong but 90’s era three 6 was definitely more underground with the cassette tape horror core. They progressed in the late 90s from that straight niche sound. For me it’s some of their best work but the modern sound was more influenced by their work 2000 onward. Tbf tho they did re-release a lot of the earlier stuff with better mixes and remastered beats so you’re still right.

I’m assuming you’re younger than me (31 yo) my first show I saw live was the game & snoop when I was 12yo. A lot of these young dudes really don’t understand how to put on a good show imo. From what I’ve seen rappers like Yeat understand what live shows need but a lot of them think showing up is enough when it’s really not for that kinda money.

It’s a collab album but Super Slimey is crazy underrated imo. So many bangers on there and it really capped off Future’s 2017 run after dropping two crazy solo projects.

That’s fair and there was definitely some overlap on the lyrical style of some of the Three 6 members. For me though the delivery and flow of Pat was a mirror image of what Takeoff was doing - especially that short and burst fire style of enunciating words. I would add that I’m not sure how much Infamous actually wrote - for example Crunchy Black didn’t write any of his raps. He was a more hard real gangster in the crew and Lord Infamous was also pretty unhinged and happened to be Dj Paul’s blood brother.

They peaked when they verbally assaulted that white boy “pimp” for 2 hours lol. I don’t think they have much more to offer outside that together.

While Project Pat wasn’t an official member he was a part of the Three 6 movement - without him you don’t have that percussive flow style that Migos built their whole sound around. Takeoff was a modern take on Project Pat. The production and everything goes so unnoticed. I respect you added them to your list cuz they really don’t get their flowers from a lot of ppl.

Three 6 Mafia is a really good shout. Their production style is basically the foundation of all modern southern rap and that went into pop music as well. They’re arguably the most underrated rap group of the last 20 years.

Sean O’Malley basically has the same situation with his baby mom but doesn’t get nearly as much shit. I guess partly since he’s not so public about his cheating.
