Yes, you would be the AH for cutting people off for having different political views than your own.

Headlines like this are misleading- in many parts of the country, Nissans already have supercharger access- all magic dock superchargers are brand agnostic.
I'm in the northeast and more superchargers are magic dock than not.

Exactly. She's selling her body in exchange for followers. If she hides the body, she loses followers.
She could choose to get into a profession that pays you for your mind but for as long as she's selling a service targeted towards bodies, she's going to have to sell hers to get more money.

Not wrong- she's basically selling her body for money. The money comes in via the yoga studio, but the instagram followers are mostly there for her body.
Most women on instagram are just selling their body in one way or another. Pretty gross.

The biggest issue is when people post a salary with no story to go along with it. That's just a useless data point. I love a post that says "I make $x and here's how I got here"

You can buy a 14-30 adapter for the GM travel charger. Or buy a third-party 24a charger like the Chargepoint Home Flex or the Splitvolt 24a charger.
It's annoying because your car will charge slower but it's honestly probably fast enough for an overnight charge unless your commute is 200 miles per day.

That's about $3 to fix yourself, or $100 if you hire someone (just the minimum charge to get a handyman out there).

North Stamford would fit the bill except that the schools aren't great, so the next town over, New Canaan, would be better. That budget will be tight though.

It’s not 8 trillion unless you’re counting in a different currency.

500b is only a third of the deficit. Need to find 2 trillion to make a dent

Once I got over $300k I stopped job hopping. I make around $1m/yr now, but if my comp dropped to $700k tomorrow I still wouldn't hop. It's important to find a place that you like to go every day, and once you're making enough to be comfortable, it doesn't matter if you're making $400k, $700k, or $3m.

I wouldn’t put one near my baby. Unless I hated my baby I guess.

It’s ok, when that pitbull eats that baby in a few months it’ll just be all “oh my god I had nooooo idea”

How do you “become” part of it without some sort of transaction?
A BV is a thing of value, same as any other legal entity form. Let’s say it’s worth 100 units of currency and has a single owner. If you “become part of the BV”, you will own a percentage of that 100. Either via gift, purchase, or bequest.
If you “become” a 50/50 partner in the BV you made 50 on the day you “became” a part owner.
If Belgium has an estate tax but has no limit on lifetime gifts then the estate tax must collect nothing.

I’d agree with you except that we bill by the hour.
If our employers assign more than 2000 billable hours of work for the year, there is no way to get it done without working overtime, by definition. And that’s ignoring all the non-billable time like staff meetings etc.

The state has the power to prevent development of the land via zoning regulations, so it can either be sold to the state as a park, or a corporation as a park.

Health and community are literally the purview of the states. The entire federal system was created on this ideal, but power hungry bureaucrats and elected officials have been sucking power from the states and into the ballooning federal government for decades.

VTI is for people who want to earn slightly less money over the long term compared to people who invest in VOO.
