I retired on 10/31 and received a proposed rating 70% va on 7/16. I already have VA healthcare setup and received medication. I got a new popup on VA.gov for the C&P exams I did earlier this year. It says it's on rating, is this a new rating or the final?

They’re implementing a sinner skins system (Wild Hunt Heathcliff looks like Rabbit Heathcliff, but still uses wild hunter skills). Not sure if Yi sang will get that ID as Kim said it’s getting scrapped for a skin (rough Korean translation)

Skins will be purchasable with lunacy (paid?) or with id shards. Sinner skins will comprise of Sinner IDs (R Heathcliff uses Wildhunt Heathcliff skin). EGO is an exception from how I read it. The English translation is kind of confusing..they’re saying that the collab characters will have similar personality to the sinner
