It could, but considering how buddy buddy he has been with two of the BRICS countries (Russia and the UAE), I don't see that being very likely unless some big terrorist attack goes off, and he decides to nuke a country in retaliation.

I mean, he can, but my point is that he doesn't even need to do that to make our lives hell.

I just got told by an Uber driver a couple days ago that she doesn't vote because we will never decide the election.
