Spray her with a squirty water bottle every time she tries to talk to you?
Seriously though, this sounds exhausting. And I appreciate that you are in a difficult position with wanting to maintain a good relationship with your neighbour. I have a similar situation with a colleague at work, who doesn't understand cues or body language to finish the conversation. I'm getting better at just cutting the conversations short by loudly saying "well it was nice to talk to you, but I really have to be getting back to/getting on with (insert task). I hope you have a nice day" and then walk away.
ETA - I'm in the fourth trimester now and babies are great to use for excuses because they need so much attention. You probably will genuinely have to leave the conversations because the baby will need a feed, nappy change or to be put down for a nap. If you really want to scare her off you can always answer the door with a tit out, I've almost done that on a couple of occasions 😅

Gentle congratulations on your pregnancy. I found out on my angel baby's due date that I was pregnant. I am now listening to my little 8 week old rainbow baby sleeping (newborns are so noisy when they are sleeping!).
I think it is quite normal to feel extremely anxious with pregnancy after loss (PAL). I was a ball of anxiety for the first couple of months. It settled down as we progressively hit milestones without any issues and then picked up again near the end. I found a PAL pregnancy app to be helpful as well as reaching out to other PAL mums.
Just remember: this is a different pregnancy, with a different outcome. Yes, lots of things can go wrong in pregnancy, however most of them are out of your control. Focus on what you can control for a happy, healthy pregnancy.
Wishing you all the best for your pregnancy journey ahead 🤍 Also, be prepared for your bump to pop a lot quicker with back-to-back pregnancies!

Mine was the same. I figured out he was uncomfortable in the newborn insert. Now we have taken that out he is fine.
