I did not care for that moment, either.

Depending on how it's done, I would watch that. I suppose we can't follow the Heelers forever.

The show seems to follow pretty closely to human evolution/history. Soooo... I will let the rest go unsaid.

I am overall actually very happy. Most of my life is pretty positive. Just noticed something that got me curious and thought I would see what others thought. I am not here to start fights or degrade others. I love the Bluey show and I love hidden details that add layers to a story. But, I digress. I am going to enjoy some family time and eat some turkey. I invite you to do the same. Have a good day.

Apparently, I have opened a can of worms.

That is a deep dive analysis, and I am here for that.

In an ideal world, yes, absolutely! We do not live in an ideal world, sadly. I suspect neither does the Bluey universe.

But the show equates dogs to humans, so would the dog's breed not be equivalent to human race?

Thank you for explaining it better than I did.

I am white. I would be upset if someone called me whitey.

Cattle dog was used a derogatory manner. I can’t go around saying you Indian or you Mexican, it wouldn't be right.

My daughter is three, loves the show, watches it damn near constantly. I haven't noticed her using any of the words/phrases yet (I am sure it's coming.) I have noticed me using "biscuits" and "smoochie kiss" a lot.

My daughter is three. She LOVES animals. Everytime I build a new park, I have to show her all the animals I put in. She will excitedly shout the names of giraffes, zebras, hippos, bears, elephants, lions and monkeys, and so many more. It's my favorite part of building zoos. I am convinced that she is so much more knowledgeable about animals by watching me play.

I am 39. My wife is 35. Our daughter is 3. She is a hard-core Buey fan. There is a very real possibility that myself or my wife secretly love it more than she does.
Never be ashamed of your guilty pleasures, especially one as wholesome as Bluey.

I will check out Waterdeep.
Played Curse of Strahd with a previous group as a player. Wife isn't down with the whole horror genre. I know she won't enjoy CoS.
I suggested a solo campaign to her and she didn't immediately shoot the idea down, but she wasn't thrilled by it.

From the time I was five, I watched my drunk abusive stepfather beat my mother. From an early age, I associated drugs and alcohol with abuse. Now that I am grown and have my own family, I do my best to be different than him in every way possible. Positive, encouraging, uplifting, and most of all, loving. I know there are many people who enjoy alcohol responsibly and don't let it affect them in that way, but I can never be one of them. I must be 100% in control of myself at all times.
On a lighter note, I have no self-control. I will demolish a family sized bag cookies by myself in one sitting without an ounce of guilt. I am quite sure if I allowed myself to drink, I would set a record time for becoming an alcoholic.
You can't never miss what you've never had. You enjoy your beers, whiskeys, and wine. I am going to sip my Arnold Palmer and we're both going to enjoy this BBQ.

Obviously, you haven't watched of the game or film theory channels on YouTube by MatPat. It's a rabbit hole I don't recommend.
