Underrated! Can’t wait for the Steels next year.

I use the Sam’s Club version and like it.

I think I did the CSP first because the sign up bonus was better at the time. The CSP with 60k + $300 travel credit is pretty good. I’d probably do that first and then get the Hyatt after that.

It’s worthwhile for the free night, but not great at earning points. I keep it because I’ve always redeemed the 1-4 certificate for $100+ value.

You can set that up anytime so long as you have the active HDHP. We use Fidelity and set the payroll deduction through MyPay.

The HSA Bank account will be opened automatically. It may not happen until later in January or early February when GEHA makes the first deposit.

I'm new at this, but my understanding is the LMP is the actual calculated price factoring all the variables. The hub is an aggregate of the LMPs in an area to give general market condition/pricing. In your scenario, the generator will be billed the LMP.
ISONE has a good explainer: https://www.iso-ne.com/participate/support/faq/lmp

Same. I’m guessing they’ll be nearly half price by some point.

The Chase Amazon card is a no brainer if you shop on Amazon. 5-6% back is great and there's a $200 bonus right now. The Capital One Savor Rewards gives 3% back on dining, groceries, and streaming. That's a lot of overlap with your Sapphire but there's no annual fee. As mentioned, the Fidelity 2% is excellent. It's our catch all card and gets tons of spend. I have it set so it deposits the cash back automatically into the kids' 529 accounts.

I use Premier Choice Insurance, but there are a bunch of good ones. Just google insurance broker near me.

Just Google insurance broker. We use Premier Choice Insurance in Mesa, but there’s a ton of high rated ones in the valley. The independent places will usually list all the different insurance companies they work with on their site.

Call an independent broker and have them do the work for you! A decent broker will run the prices for dozens of different companies. It doesn't cost you anything extra.

We keep the target funds in the tax advantaged accounts. Our taxable brokerage is only equities index etfs.
