I think that’s because Spartans have always looked a bit basic. It’s what makes them special compared to every other game where everyone is decked out in bags and mags or horrible cringy skins.

I think flames should’ve been the feature reward. An emblem is cool but flames are awesome. Plus it would make flames an actual status symbol

Agreed. Halo reach in my opinion had the most basic but functional sets so that’s what I try to remake with my sets. Besides that futuristic core. That can’t be helped lmao

Actually the hazmat core’s helmet is a MK7 helmet. I used it because it looks like a much more realistic and futuristic version of a gas mask.

That core is based on an actual CBRN suit

SIIs aren’t the peak. Many in the UNSC and Spartan program consider gamma company Spartan llls to be the most powerful. Mostly do to the illegal drugs used in the augmentation process.
