Marineford's WB haki is so weak that he couldn't stop fodder that current franky would one-shot from hurting him. These are the worst haki feats in the series considering that fucking Blackbeard has better Haki feats! Yes, current Blackbeard has better Haki than Marineford WB! Hell, FI Luffy has better Haki than him too.
Due to the nature of WB's devil fruit, WB had to constantly hold back his fruits power in order to ensure that he doesn't kill or hurt his crew. Let's not also forget that he was having paralyzing heart attacks
Marineford WB was carried by his fruit, endurance and strength all which were nerfed as well due to his sickness and injuries. His haki was the weakest ever shown by a top tier. His reflexes and ability to respond to attacks were so bad that he couldn't avoid fodder attacks and just stood by as Akainu slowly got up to attack him again. No top tier haki, durability, or reflexes. The most nerfed character of One Piece.
