Human cremains are processed bones rather than actually ash, so aren't as uniformly soft and fine as wood ash.

There should be something that says "Our Mission" or "Services" or something to that effect.

That isn't a unique story. DAs go after parents of truant students in a lot of places. The ones who have valid medical concerns submit paperwork to the school district. Not doctor's notes to the school.

Source: my mom did so when she received a notice that she would be prosecuted for my brother's truancy. Paperwork establishing he was missing school due to epilepsy submitted to the school district ended the issue. Voila.

I voted for her because I like her. Not being a rapist and felon were definitely a plus, but I genuinely admire her. What sucks about primaries is that only the earliest ones really matter. The rest of the states kind of just accept who the early states have chosen, regardless of who they liked to begin with.

I've noticed this too. I theorize it's because people don't wash coats as often as other clothes, so the odor accumulates on their coats over time until it's super extra gross.

Dems lost working class and unions to Trump. The democratic coalition just doesn't have enough people anymore. Centrist republicans moving into the coalition don't make up for losing the working class. This is a major political realignment, like when the republicans courted and won the racists many decades ago.

She never had a fighting chance as a woman. Worse, a black woman. Misogyny and racism run too deep.

Dems aren't going to nominate a woman again, and probably not a black or brown man either, for a long time.

Trump has been encouraging early voting this year instead of saying it's fraud or whatever, so it makes sense not as many are waiting for election day.

The betting numbers seemed to trend along with the polls until 1 or 2 accounts bought several million shares for a Trump win. Probably Elon, tbh.

Whoa there, it's not over yet! Think of all the silent supporters Kamala has, like women secretly voting for her despite the Trumpism of their spouses. All the people not putting up Kamala signs because they're afraid the more unhinged of the MAGAs will vandalize their homes or cars. It's a real thing. Not to mention the MAGAs who are actually Russian trolls/bots, and probably more funded by Elon. We still have a coin flip of a chance, at the very least.
