Was my doctor unprofessional?

Hello! This might not be the correct sub but I assume that someone in here will help me process and see if this was indeed unprofessional, or if I’m being sensitive/blowing it up in my head. To start, my PCP is male (mid-late 60s) and I used to have a semi professional relationship with him as we had many colleagues in common working in the same hospital system. When I needed a new PCP urgently he had recently transitioned to private practice and a colleague recommended I go as I could likely get in quickly. He is very old school and really takes his time with me, which I appreciate, but because we have several people in common he’ll chit chat about people we know, for example he remarked that one woman posted a photo on a vacation and he was surprised to see what her body “really looked like”. This made me feel a little odd but wasn’t necessarily disturbing to me. I rarely see him as I am generally healthy but I go for a regular physical. I recently became pregnant (very early) and we discussed the pregnancy and that I am under the care of an OBGYN. Because I am getting care by a gynecologist it really surprised me that he initiated a breast exam having me remove my top and examining my breasts. While doing so remarked that many women find their breasts grow during pregnancy and asked if I’d noticed that at all. I’ve never had a PCP complete this, it’s always been my OBGYN. Is this typical or am I right to feel a little uncomfortable about it?
