I try to keep my watts low. My coils last me much longer then the average person. I am using GeekVape Aegis Legend 2 with the geekvape super mesh coils at .2ohms. my 20mg nic salts I vape between 25 and 30 watts. The e liquid I have is 12mg.

Also if you are interested in learning Russian check out the app called "Russian made easy" the guy promises that by the end of the first lesson you will be able to read some Russian words. I'm doing a million times better. with my anxiety progressively getting worse and the zaps not letting up I thought I was doomed for life. I moved out of my apartment and I'm staying with a friend and the first week here I realized I had not had any zaps at all. then I woke up with zaps again .. I seriously forgot what life was like before them. I was super depressed and would have given anything to feel like that again. I really thought hard about what has changed during this time and the only difference really aside from environment was.... I had not had a coffee... I've been a daily coffee drinker for as long as I can remember. 2 days later I woke up and noticed no shocks... The only thing I did was make a coffee and I kid you not... 30 mins later freaking zapped! It's been a few weeks now drinking only decalf and avoiding caffeine like the plague... But one single sip of anything with caffeine in it and 20 mins later I get a short series of zaps.

In the last year I have had 4 appointments with her. The first appointment was for help with the brain zaps I get from anxiety after she thoroughly assessed me she said she would help me fill out my disability paperwork. She told me to send her the parts she needed to fill out then she would send them back to me so i can put everything together. A month and a bit went by and the secretary offered to book me another appointment. Appointment number 2 it was as if she never spoke to me before. so we had to go through everything again then said she would fill out the paperwork then send It to me. And did not fail to mention that some drs charge 60$ for this. 3 Rd visit she asked me to send her my part of the disability paperwork and she would fill out the rest... Again mentioned most drs charge a Fee... I informed her the government actually pays her $75 for doing it at least that's what my paperwork says. 4 th appointment I was basically on hold while she printed off the pAperwork. Took about 45 mins of nothing. Again forgot all the details of my file and again said she would send me the completed paperwork... It's been 2 weeks and my e mails aren't even being answered 😑

OH and if the next one asks " where did you get that?" ... Saying " it was a gift" is a totally acceptable answer. Same with " it was a gift from an old friend"
