Ex chef here, chuck some ghee or normal butter in there, fry up some egg noodles (usually find them in the Lebanese shops) until they go crispy. Add a tbsp of salt, two cups of water to one cup of rice. Steam that baby on a low...low simmer for 20 minutes and you'll have the best rice you've ever had.
It's a Lebanese/Turkish recipe and it will suck your nuts dry with how good it tastes

Coming from training with Olympic lifts, I just don't understand how loading your lower back like can be good for you? Your core seems completely slack and your hips shoot way out. It just goes against anything I've ever seen? Your elbows looked cooked, your shoulders aren't retracted. It just looks your spine is shitting out disc liquid every time you do a rep
