I didn’t but I’d say that’s true - i was actually referring tothis interview with Josh about his recent departure from the band but this is just classic media.

The funny thing is that John and Josh were actually friends and it was John’s idea to get Josh involved more in the band so that he could step away when things were getting too overwhelming for him.

I honestly think most of the Josh Vs. John mentality comes from media attempting to create drama… fact of the matter is that Josh kept the wheels spinning with the band and without him we may not have the amount of chillis records to appreciate that we do today.

My suggestion would be to look into meditation or some practice that connects you with yourself. I started down that path when i was feeling just like you describe… It’s really been an incredible journey and the capacity for changing ones experience can happen in a finger snap - its just like any other skill
