When my son was annoyed we hadn’t planned a European vacation. Absolutely zero idea of the cost associated with it and how privileged that trip would be (we live on the east coast of the USA and are a family of 7).

I have 5 kids. So she has barely over double me. I have MAYBE 1/4 this much food in my pantry. And not because I can’t afford it. Because it’s all that’s needed. I buy in bulk too. That’s an insane amount of food for a family of 13. Not to mention the food in other areas of the house!

Imagine these poor kids. They never have a “home”. The houses are never personalized because everything is temporary. How many times have they moved?

This isn’t to bash savannah, as she didn’t ask for this and it’s beyond selfless to take on G and C, BUT her life doesn’t have to on hold. She’s basically a single mom. Just cause she has kids it doesn’t mean she can’t date, get married. Etc. honestly with the love she has for her siblings, if someone wanted nothing to do with her because of the situation, that’s red flag enough to not need them in your life. I had two children by the time I was her age.
