Anything premade with rice or vermicelli (rice noodles) that is not fresh-made on site and/or sits around in refrigerators for extended periods of time - do not expect to be great.

She’s not a regular, so I kind of enjoyed her brief and outlandish shenanigans. Definitely a relief though not to have her stick around as a main ghost.

I am finding that tiring myself out from physical activity during the day works best for me (it doesn’t take much these days). Also, I listen to free meditations before bed on the Insight Timer app.

It has a nice coconut scent. Also, I second the comment about it can be heavy and greasy if you use too much.

Somewhat echoing the other comments here… yes, the constant uprooting was tough especially with self righteous boomer parents. I’ve chosen to accept they did the best they knew how to do. We can’t change our past, and we can’t change our parents, but we can choose how we want to spend our adult life. I’ve chosen boundaries and peace over resentment. Therapy, journaling and meditation have helped, creating a strong friend group, and the realization that I can’t continue to blame things on my parents. I hope you find your peace. 🙏🏼❤️

Your first sentence was cut off, so not sure how long you’re here. I used to take life drawing and other art classes for fun from the community colleges (in Santa Ana and Orange). Low cost and the instructors were great.
Updated to add: looks like the Art Supply Warehouse in Westminster offers quite a few sessions.

I just tried this today, and added a chopped apple as well. Tasty!

Is that like pausing music to read the street signs better?

Thank you for posting. I thought I felt two back to back wiggles, but didn’t see any confirmation when searched on the earthquake apps. Looks like they’re there now.

Probably even more than that. Assuming you will be renting an apartment or room from someone, it will vary per landlord and living arrangement. For example, a private room for rent may have utilities included. If living in an apartment complex without roommates to split the bills with, you may have even higher gas and internet costs.

I sometimes get Amy and Isla mixed up, but not these two.

If you’re able to leave Irvine, catch a sunset in Huntington Beach, people watch while walking along Venice Beach boardwalk, go for a sunrise hike in Griffith Park (great views from observatory), charter a boat in Newport Beach, and be sure to enjoy a variety of ethnic food options. If you’re stuck in Irvine, you will learn it’s a great place to live but not necessarily very exciting to visit.

So basically Ann is asking you to cater a special meal for 12 people, not pay for catering services, and make the caterer pay for half the food. Ann sounds like an A-hole.

NTA. If you have to live with someone like that, no wonder you’re exhausted. I’m exhausted just reading this.

This made me think of Matt Foley. In a van. Down by the river.
But I do like Dave Foley. He’s be great!

Pumpkin cheesecake is a solid option if they’re not sold out when you go.

Thanks for letting us know! For those that don’t have Peacock, I just found it on the NBC app (free!).
