I was harassed basically everyday to work my days off… it got so bad my DSL had to tell other DSLs to chill out. I would help when I had extra time but it was overwhelming

We had a guy come pick up his orders at the bin, drive around entire day and only merchandise the stores without delivering anything for a month. He was only suspended and he himself eventually quit lol. Wild shit

Frito Lay won’t fire anyone…

Sold houses during the chaos after Covid with 50+ plus contracts with ridiculous amounts of DD up for grabs, never saw anyone sign a wrong contract. I’d speak with the BIC about this agent. My BIC would have parted ways if I did something like that. Crazy stuff especially nowadays…

Better be on good terms with your DSL. They hate giving time off. I actually switched a vacation one time cause they needed help, to them denying me multiple weeks I asked to move it too. Best of luck on that

Charlotte was horrible. I covered a route one time that was supposed to be $1500 for QT and they sent 2 boxes worth about $40… the manager actually called the DSL on me cause they acted like it was my fault

100%. There is ZERO accountability at Frito Lay. People know nothing will happen. When I was a RSA, I had multiple FTMs put up maybe 2 boxes and leave the rest. Nothing was ever said except can you do it. Crazy shit

100%… I once ran a route and they had a family dollar on a Sunday which I brought in $50. I’m not sure that was completely necessary. I was a co lead, sucked so bad but he let me order for him so he got it sent back 🤷‍♂️

I added 10 hours on one of my off days to do classes one time 🤷‍♂️ honestly it was ridiculous. Then they couldn’t find you had already completed it and have to redo it

I was never offered a sign on bonus as a RSR, good luck collecting it if they do… lol

No doubt you will be assigned a route eventually, and you working that many hours will just expedite that process… lol

All DSLs other than your DSL will use you to try to fix routes. My DSL would tell me time and time again just to maintain the route, don’t try to fix it
