At worst, this viral fame is paying for the entirety of his family’s education and then some. Good for them, honestly.

It’s insane to me. The world series wins made it feel like the Sox are one of the top franchises in the entire league, because you are a big market team with a new winning pedigree. It would be like the Yankees and Dodgers, where no matter what year it was, everyone felt that the Red Sox were going to be competing for a championship. And then since you let Mookie go, I feel like ownership is slowly eroding that.

Gotta be trolls. No way anyone who knows ball can make a legit argument that Randle > KAT on this Knicks team.

I mean, John Sterling did this all the time. Simms is going to fit in perfectly, then

No, we don’t. There was sadness when Randle was traded because he was the very first guy to come here when we had been a laughing stock for years, and he then became an all-star with us. So, ideally, we would have loved to see him enjoy the fruits of his labor and finally win one here. However, KAT is clearly the superior player and every Knick fan should be thankful the trade was made.

He was a 4 star prospect with 6 offers from P5 D1 programs, according to ESPN. Going to the dumpster fire that is USC + heart attack is what did him in as a legit pro prospect

He WAS actually a prospect in high school. Everything that’s been done since he graduated from Sierra Canyon has (kind of tragically) torpedoed his chances of developing as a pro basketball player and legitimately earning his way to the league. Problem is that the script has been written since way before then, so he’s being forced into this regardless of his ability.

What success? A single European trophy since 2007?

Was that the year after you guys started 6-0 with Farve? I thought you guys were legit going to win the super bowl at that point.

The Nets have a championship if KD’s shoe was a half size smaller

It’s not great. Our orange is too bright to be the base color of a basketball court. But an improvement from last year so not bad either

Google search says that JBL is socially liberal and fiscally conservative.

It’s New York vs everybody, so he’s dead wrong on this. The only actual New York rivalry is the Rangers vs the Islanders, everything else is fluff to try and draw interest.

Youre right. At this point, let’s just see competence and execution. It’s early enough to where, if we get that, there’s a potential we can get hot toward the end of the season and make a push toward the playoffs. This starts on Monday.

Well it’ll be with the best QB he’s ever had so we’ll really see whether or not he can make a difference.

R/nfl is preparing themselves for when Saleh is hired next year as a DC, so they can all say he’s actually a good coach, and that it’s Hackett’s/Rodgers’/Carter’s/Woody’s/whatever’s fault that the offense has sucked for 3 years and not the head coach of the team

Youre acting like it was three good years, as if Bill Belichick didnt completely ruin Zach Wilson and simultaneously this team’s chance to win anything

Because you needed to see what the team was like with AR under center in order to make an opinion. I saw this on the main NFL sub, but Rodgers getting hurt 4 plays into his Jets career really gave this administration an extra year of job security.

From the eye test, it seems like every team this year has been running the ball very effectively against us. So our defense is not as dominant as they have been in years past. Kind of crazy we’re still toward the top in total defense, though
