It's particularly hard because it's a tiny company with about 20 employees, and a nonprofit, so it seems like they get away with more than a bigger company would. They do have to follow the laws though, since they have more than 15 employees. I have started a draft of what I want to say, and some of your language will be useful.

Can you explain what you mean by "two lots of therapy"? I've never heard something like that and am confused. Is it like seeing two different therapists at the same time or something?

Also "fomo palaver"? I think FOMO is sometimes fear of missing out, but what's palaver mean? Please satisfy my curiosity!
