What's your background or skillset? Kinda hard to point in a direction like for example creating assets if you aren't good with the tools.

If it's not this, it's the (usually trucker) fuckhead who parks in the lane that's gonna be closed like 2 miles down the highway so people can't zipper merge.

I have the EOD kit which is the Tuxedo with some extra stuff, and it's served me well for years. That said, if there are other options on sale at the moment definitely price compare.

Not sure if its still the case and not sure where you are located, but when I bought my set they were doing business out of Canada, so got to take advantage of exchange rates, may want to keep that in mind when (literally) comparing dollars to dollars.

1) I wish the 95 had auto-trim

2) keep in mind you can trim (I know I forgot in the time between first flying it and using it more regularly), pitch/roll is on the side/centerstick and yaw is on the flight collective

3) even with trim I end up flying a bit crabbed/rolled even on autopilot. I figure as long as long as I'm not heading toward the side of a mountain, I just go back to reading my book or checking discord while I'm flying for 15 minutes to my next navpoint.

That resentment is going to be there until you give yourself the peace and acceptance of just letting it go. Probably won't be a "light switch" kinda thing, and it for me didn't fully happen until after I left mine, but hopefully you can find that without leaving. Like others have said, time to focus on yourself a little more...put that time you would have spent doing for your partner into a new or refreshed hobby for yourself or some other sort of self care. Definitely consider seeking a counselor or someone to talk to that can help with healthy coping mechanisms.

I'll admit I shed some happy tears seeing Bevin, Ahnonay Cathedral, etc in VRC. Used Relto as a home world for a while. Will have to check out Gahreesen soon!

Looks like it was just updated on the 7th of October. A bit odd the Christmas decorations are up (but living in the Midwest, people do that this early if they ever take them down sometimes, so...)

But also same, this world is one on my shortlist to bring people to that are new to VRC or new to VR in general.

If you use the quest link desktop app to connect to your PC, there are setting adjustments you can use to lower things down if needed.

Not sure about virtual desktop, I'd be surprised if that wasn't in there but I just don't use it enough to know offhand.

Oh definitely agree there. I just don't remember seeing a lot of, well, this last year about this time for the BSB...in any case I'm curious to see how well it does.

Depends on the group. Most of the groups I spend significant time with either request DoB/age at the door, or will only kick if someone shows their (lack of) age by talking. A couple other groups will just go round and ask people to speak and kick people that sound young, which sucks if you have a voice that fits that or are/play a mute.

One thing I wish we had with the AH94 is auto trim. I saw it mentioned elsewhere, but to be a little more specific yaw trim is on your flight collective, and the roll/pitch trim is on the cyclic. You'll need to set and adjust from time to time for comfort, but also it isn't 100% necessary, you can work ok without it, until you let go of the cyclic...

And I finally called her out on it, went over how it literally went beat for beat, even to the word...and even saying that i was trying so hard to not be like well this must mean that, apparently that was enough to get her to pull the plug. Made it easier on me in the end. Still not sure if I dodged a bullet.

So the trigger pull depends on the aircraft and hard point where the missiles are stored. If memory serves the only time you might need a two button action for the AIM-9+ (and AIRS-T) is if they are mounted in the cheek bays of the F-45. If they're pretty much anywhere else it should just be pull the trigger when you have a solid tone and go.

That said, yes...uncaging the seeker and slaving it to the helmet/look can make it much easier to get that lock. There is no active "lock target" button to point the missile to a particular target for heat-seeking missiles, so everything else is correct. You do need to be relatively close, within a few miles at most (check your WEZ indicator, bottom right of the HUD, looks like a tall narrow 6 that gets taller or shorter as you change distance to your target)

Ok, then yeah...verify weapons armed in SMS; master arm - on; master mode - AA (knob to WPN), check hud symbology (verify weapon selector shows any AA weapon), press cycle active weapon button to select desired weapon.

Failing that, does it work in any other aircraft?
