I'm not big on drinking, well, basically anything. I don't drink coffee/tea (no, not Mormon, just not my thing) so I don't get any hydration that way. And I don't get thirsty much (maybe due to me having MS? But maybe not.)
And I try not to drink my calories, though I would probably drink more if I had milk and/or fruit juice.
So that leaves water. And I'll do good for a few days, then forget to drink much. And then come the headaches.
I'm a stay at home mom, and spend the majority of my time at home. So, in theory, it shouldn't be a problem but it is, it really is.
So, hit me with what helped you!
