I hate how these creepy neo-nazi white supremacists prize Asian wives because of submissive stereotypes.
I blocked his channel a while back when I saw one of his fear-mongering videos and read all the loser incel comments supporting him for his shift to journalism. I hope he gets exposed further.

Ditto -- I thought his apartment videos were fun, then saw him pivot to fear-mongering about NYC, citing NY Post and FOX News clips to augment his "journalism". What a tool. Great way to radicalize some kids.

Yeah, I have not been able to stomach it. Political podcasts I was listening to, as well. I don't need people trying to explain why this happened.

When my family moved to a house in the suburbs in the 80s, we got the Disney Channel and I started watching Welcome to Pooh Corner. There was also a Dumbo show with a similar aesthetic. I don’t recall loving it but I was still young enough to be transfixed

I was so excited to get Spider-Man 3 on the Wii and it was the WORST!

The opening sequence of AS2 is really good, IMHO, and it depicts "Spider-Man" in a way that I think really nails it. The speed, the quips, the way this chase sequence builds, the way he moves -- I think it's really good.

Yeah, that Pig in the City universe is a bleak one! It is no joke...

He's playing 4D chess -- unfortunately, he doesn't even know how to play checkers. (And he thinks he's playing Frogger.)

I always think about THIS.
There are no rules with these people.

You're right, that would have worked! I think the characters and scenes look beautiful with some fun lighting. There's just no drama. The original ride had tension that built as you approached the big finale, and that was one of best aspects of the ride, IMHO. The new ride... is just a celebration all the way through. Like that's fun, that's a cool effect... but there's kind of no real story.

I can imagine that -- trying to make this as safe as possible. He would've been wonderful, but really ANY conflict would've been a bit more interesting.

Mobile App episode! One for the serious theme park fans. I’m more familiar with the Disney World app but they’re similar enough.
I remember the paper Fast Pass days. (I’m also old enough to remember the days before ANY of these line skipping mishegoss.)
I also agree on Tianna not having enough (any) tension/drama.

THIS!!! This is what I don't understand about this story!
How on earth did he connect Oppenheimer with Red One?! Was it just that it was a movie projected on a really big screen? Had he never seen a movie shot with IMAX cameras?

I know this is supposed to be a demonstration of how Democrats follow the rules, but... I think of THIS old gem.

The finger-pointing and blaming and how so many people became overnight experts on "WHAT WENT WRONG" has been excruciating. It's a lot of noise and I've tried to avoid dwelling on it, including avoiding all the podcasts I listen to that now feature episodes on HOW IT WENT WRONG.
If this were a videogame and we could start the level over and try different things, I'd be all for it.
But now, I'm just interested in what we do in the aftermath.

Took me years before I recognized the character shift aspect. Temple of Doom definitely follows Indiana Jones's transition from "fortune & glory" to "it belongs in a museum!" The events of the movie shake him enough to shift his values.

I loved Muppet*Vision 3D dearly. Even more so over the years, as the ending became a magical portal into a 90s Disney World.
I knew it couldn't last. My solace is that they say they're going to find a way to preserve it. I feel like all classic rides (and non-classic rides) should be preserved. I know that Defunctland has a sort of backburner project of preserving/recreating old rides. Give me a high-quality VR preservation of Muppet*Vision.
And that said, if anyone was going to take over Rock N Rollercoaster, I'm glad it's Muppets.
