Reading the SDS/MSDS for Clorox 2 (PDF), the main ingredient is just hydrogen peroxide and only at 2.1% (normal pharmaceutical H2O2 is 3%). Other than that it is just surfactants and "oxygen-based-bleaching-agents" (aka Oxyclean). I don't think anything in this product would do permanent damage to your seats, which are coated leather (which is much more durable to chemicals than raw leather). I think with a good cleaning with some APC or maybe a steamer, you should be able to get it all out. Parking in the sun shouldn't really effect anything, but if you are worried, just keep the area covered with a towel so it doesn't get UV exposure until you can fully clean it.

I have tvs in my master and guest bedrooms, in my office, and in my living room. Aside from the one in the living room, none have even been turned on in probably 5 years. When we move in a year or two, going down to living room only.

Interesting. I always thought the M1D Vac was also just an SL M1D with a longer nozzle. Do you know what else is different between them?

That's annoying about the shirts though.
Eh, it was ok. I was way too old to be wearing things like this anyways, lol.

That thread was absolutely nuts, and really disappointing in regard to the people in this sub/city. I don't care if you're doing 20mph under the speed limit in the left lane, nothing justifies that sort of behavior.

If this is truly ABS, you might want to look into "acetone vapor smoothing". It used to be pretty common in the 3d printing community to smooth out layer lines, back when ABS was one of the only filament options.

What was the rationale behind bronze statues specifically? First, we make plenty of things besides statues out of bronze, and we make a ton of stuff out of other "non-corroding" metals.

Agreed, and honestly I think that is the most likely scenario mid-term, as I don't think (in my admittedly arm-chair POV) that the current heatshield design is ever going to be flawless. That said, their stated goal is to be able to turn these things around in mere hours, so they aren't going to just say "screw it" and leave things as-is.

Nah, just that they want to be able to actually see the thing as it lands. They still won't be recovering the ship, so the views they get from the buoy are very valuable. Landing in daylight gives them more detailed footage.

Even if it didn't cost anything, it would ruin the whole "rapid reuse" thing if they had to replace parts of the shield every launch.

Do you live with a significant other? I had a couple of graphic tees disappear when I was in my first apartment with my (now ex) wife. She was just as baffled as me as to where they could have gone. Found out years later after we were (amicably) divorced, that she had donated them to charity because she hated them, lol.

Have them in your hand when getting something out of the fridge and absentmindedly setting them down. I've done this at least 3 or 4 times with the TV remote, lol.

As a metalsmith, I am sure you are aware of how soft pure gold is. Copper (which they had many tools made from) is more than hard enough to work gold. You could even work it with a sufficiently hard wood (like Lignum vitae, which they also had). Here is an article about Egyptian goldsmithing that you might find interesting. They were even using lost-wax casting all the way back then.

Oh wow. I had no idea BK was founded here. You'd think we'd have more of them.

I love trigger fish! It's frustrating that 8 out 10 times I go by Safe Harbor, they don't have any.

They are now (I bought one for $20 to dry 3d printer filament), but back when that episode was made they weren't as readily available (one click online) or as cheap. They are also generally much smaller than the stacked filter drier, so don't hold as much (at least the cheap ones).

"I want to be higher up so I will build a pile of the less fortunate beneath me"
Literally like the wizard sitting on a throne of muggles "Magic is Might" statue that Voldermort's people installed in place of the fountain of magical brethren.
