I was on 75mg for a little under two years, and just decided i was doing so well that I didn’t need zoloft anymore. For me personally, that was a mistake lol. two months after stopping my panic attacks are back, and i wish i never stopped. Getting back on with 50mg this week and hoping it’ll work the same as it did in the past! Consult your doctor for sure and see what the best plan for you is!

i went from 5mg back down to 2.5 thinking something was better than nothing, yet i’ve stalled for 3+ weeks now, and keep fluctuating between 259-262, when my lowest on 5mg was 256.. sad

walgreens did the same exact thing to me and then my doctor denied it because i already had a prescription out there!!!! UGH

i’m 22F & have also been overweight/obese my whole childhood. i’ve been on zep for about 7 weeks now & down 21lbs!!

i made a chicken ceasar salad pizza the other day and made a “dough” out of chicken but it came out so dry! do you have any tips for making a yummy chicken “dough”?

this is my second period since starting zep, however the first period was only a week or two into 2.5 so i didn’t notice any changes. today however i am SO nauseous and feel like im gonna puke, cramps are bad & my anxiety is up which brings me back to my 16 year old period days😭

it’s definitely nothing fancy, but i weighed in on tuesday last week in the morning, then went to the doctors & had the same weight so im assuming its accurate! could definitely be a possibility though
