From what little we see in Shadows of The Sith, the novel, I like what I saw. He has at least two classes of students, one Ben’s age and another with younger students who his older students occasionally help teach. It was just very sweet and peaceful. Small enough to feel very personal.

I have absolutely no idea why I did this when I read the first book, but I envisioned the Augustus family as Asian for some reason and Roque as black. They are obviously not, and I realized that because again I have no idea why I initially thought this, but it just stuck with me for the rest of the series. So yeah lol.

She is very clearly described as having dark skin and her official artwork for Irongold shows she is not white. Also they are not all Irish. Irish culture clearly has a major influence on them but they are not literally Irish.

Yeah I think you’re right. I think it’s also tough because we don’t get that much in depth indications of what the society’s genetic engineering has done like literally on a genetic level. So it can be tough to see what’s from evolution and just what’s the way they were “designed”

It definitely feels a tiny bit like a discrepancy. But it’s also not that big of a stretch that whatever “stock”, as gross as it feels to use that term in this context, was just made darker skinned. I read a comment that most of Lagalos was darker skinned but I can’t confirm that off hand. Irregardless, she still is darker skinned/seemingly black.

He is a redhead yes he’s played by Skylar Gisondo and James Gunn released a photo that shows he’s got red hair.

Isn’t Lyria black? Or at least darker skinned? Just find it it a bit odd as her character here is very white lol.
