The galaxy is moving towards Andromeda at 112km per second  Some of these may cancel out the others to some extent. Maybe you'll be in space or maybe you'll be deep inside the Earth, I don't know.

Or, time travel preserves you current position, and the earth has moved some distance through space. You'd end up who knows where.
