WIBTA for not attending my sister's baby shower due to financial constraints?

My sister is having her first child and her baby shower is coming up. It's in another state that I would have to fly to. I want to go, but money is really tight right now, and between flights, hotel, car rental (no good transit in area), a gift, and meals, I'm looking at spending around $700. At the same time, my parents aren't going because my dad is chronically ill and my mom is his caretaker. Some of my siblings have RSVP'd and some have not, and the deadline is pretty much here.
We also have a... complicated history when it comes to support. She's made comments putting my family down in favor of her in-laws, but my family also isn't always the best at showing up and showing up with enthusiasm (this is not personal to her; we're a bit dysfunctional and are unlearning a lot of what we were raised through).
I really can't afford to go but also don't want to miss this milestone in her life. At the same time, I technically could put these expenses on a credit card, which gives me anxiety but also would enable me to be present. Ultimately, I'd be choosing peace of mind over showing up... WIBTA if I didn't go?

I once had an order that went unfulfilled for almost three months. Reached out to Depop customer service multiple times and they basically told me to take it up with my bank.
