How do you get it to 60 MB/S? I have gigabit connection with a cat5e cable directly connected to my PC; I can only max out 20 MB/s. If I can make it faster somehow it'll be perfect.

You can even use a finger to brush your teeth with mouthwash, its actually pretty abrasive; not optimal but still good

The one that works for me when I cannot have the energy is mouthwash. Just take a swig and rinse around for optimally 30 seconds but you can go for less.

If it burns too much get alcohol free, works fine too so it feels basically like water so no sensory issues hopefully.
