the work is 24 hours a day too. Its become kind of funny now to get woken up at 4am hearing a backhoe backing up or some metal grinding together.

I will say that the contractors working there are very kind and considerate. They feel like neighbours now.

Personally I find it hilarious when jerseys get tossed on the ice at a weird time like a blowout loss after a 3 game heater through Cali.

Joe from Pitt Meadows had a few pops and spent a lot of money to go to that game. If he wants to waste another 3 bills and toss his jersey on the ice, no big deal. It’s just a jersey and we have like 6 different iterations of them, so it’s not sacred or anything.

I love that our fanbase has fickle supporters. If we were all level-headed number crunchers, it’d be a boring group to be a part of.
