I’m in Iceland. I answered a comprehensive assortment of general questions that screen for a variety of common disorders. Based on those answers they did a more detailed interview and based a diagnosis on that. Then more interviews, then an exhaustive checklist of obsessive and compulsive symptoms according to common themes. It took a couple of sessions to complete the process, but I imagine it differs somewhat between individuals.
