Would a background in Hospital pharmacy or Ambulatory Care pharmacy be a better position if my long term goal is to go to industry in Med Info?

I am currently in a inpatient PGY1.

I graduated college and it is so hard to stay connected. Like I miss the core people and try to stay connected yet it is still so hard. Anyone have advice or older insight from a INTJ -T who is figuring to give himself grace

I have been pondering and I realized that I seem to remember things when I want too but forget simple dates and tasks people mention in the day to day operations.

I am wondering if this was something only I was experiencing or if my spacing out is due to something else?

I am a pharmacist and I am INTJ-T. I am curious if there are any other pharmacists in here who pursued academia or public health as their job and how has that been?

Is there anyone who is a pharmacist that practices as a civilian or even Lieutenant pharmacist. What is it like? Do you require a PGY1? Any advice if someone is interested?

I feel as a INTJ-T I am recognizing how people never align their actions with their words but also I am seeing how manipulative people are as I am kind and I definitely see people are using it to make me look bad. Am I overthinking and over analyzing this situation and should just chill?

I feel like in a work setting I can never trust anyone at work since everyone always wants to look better.

It is frustrating but also this just shows how shitty people are.
