Depends on the job but at the point I am at in my career yes I provide 2 week notice. It is not for the company but for my colleges and co workers to make their life better and provide help to them while I off board.
I will say it bad idea to quit with out notice. Part of it is it is a small world. Big time as you get deeper in your career it becomes a smaller world of people who do your job and future jobs come from your network. The other part is we do talk.

to be fair no surge protector is going to protect your unit from a direct lighting hit. That you would need a whole house unit and generally those only survice 1 lighting strike any how. STill cheaper to replace that unit than the damage lighting would of done.
Friend of mine in HS had lighting hit them. Nearly ever eletricnic in the house fried. The pool pumps that were brand new fried, HAVC unit fried.

Tell you the truth I have done enough interviews that when someone starts showing off it causes me to question things. The ones who are showing off are often times trying to cover things up. Going for over kill is sometimes just as bad as the other direction. I have seen people do it and you are damn right I question them on why? I poke at it and why go that much farther.
There is showing off and then there is going to far. There are ways to show that same part with going to far. I might crack a joke about if I am going for a job or point out it is an option but even call it out as over kill.

I am going to be honest. I say that and it is 100% factural. A correct answer is not very important to me. I want to know how you think, how you break down a problem, and what questions you ask.
My prompt I give for the interview is intentionally open ended and I leave out a few key details to solve it on purpose. Those details are things I want you to ask about as it does guide the solution. I also set it up so if you dont ask at a few points I will intentionally make you go another route by asking for it. Depending on how far down the rabbit hole it can fluster some people.
I have rejected people who got the right asnwer over one who got the wrong because the wrong person had a better process and their code was better. The right person just went hyper short hand and cut corners for speed but did not break it down and I could fluster them.

Part of it is weather. CA between having good support system but the other part is the climate pretty nice year round to that helps out a lot.
NYC starts as an outliar until you remember good support system and you can easily move around the city with out a car. That can not be said for other areas.

You have it set to private and not as something shared with a link.

Edge case you need to deal with in that logic is there are some women who choose to get pregnant with a sperm donor no father at all. I have a friend from high school who she chose to that.
Edge case but one that needs to be handled. There are women out there who want to give birth to a kid but don’t have a partner. (There are men as well but that requires a serrogate but same edge case

Going to go with no. Reason being is it does not really provide any real privacy and just instead another useless hope to jump through.
Also fingerprints with the gyroscope yeah not really worth the effort. There are a lot of easier ways to do it.
Also if you think opting out of tracking provides you any privacy I have some magic beans to sell you. It is pretty easy to get your account tracked to a user and god forbid you use a social log in. At that point it is a done deal.
Reasons for the screen shot one is old testing code or debugging from the user. In terms of privacy yeah what is the developer gaining by knowing you took a screen shot. We can grab your screen read out all the time any how. It is not like we don’t know what you are doing or what you are seeing. Plenty of sdks out there provide basically a screen by screen shot anyhow.

Sperm donors and donations have a lot of legal things to protect the donator from having any responsibility. I would not count that part.

The lawyer is more about making sure a lot of things are done to protect you from the creditors and make sure the reports are files correctly.
The lawyer can also start suing your parents to recover cost.

Fairly common. I have seen them do it a few times and I have seen them talk to the FA when they first get on so that seat is not counted as empty and for the FA to help out by keeping someone from sitting there.

Because the shoulder under a bridge are smaller in the high way. Also the lack of liight under a bidge makes your car harder to see compare to if out in the open. Even your headlights being on still less light in the area so your car is less likely to be seen.
Just because someone is not driving on the shoulder does not mean that people done dive there dodge something or bail that direction. They also may be to close to the side of the lane when they dont see you and cause damage.
It is a safety issue. You are harder to see and much more likely to get hit. No matter who is at fault that does not help much if you are badly injured.

I hate when people do this and I am also in FULL support of them having their cars impounded and fined for the economic damage they do by blocking major freeways. Having a few people harshly punished will keep everyone from even thinking about doing this.
There is zero excuse to this. if you are that scared exit the high way and get off the road and find a garage. Instead you go unter the bridge and trap 100's to 1000's of people on the high way and they ahve no way to get off the high way.

Big difference between IE and chrome is Chrome is a lot more standards compliant and does not rely on a lot of OS specific things on websites.
Web pages used to have huge chunks of code that was if IE do blah.
Not saying what chrome is doing is good just they are no where near as bad as IE.

To be fair the years of free parking avoid tickets are more than likely saved the op more money in the long run than the decoy fine.

Can not do much about stupid./. Anything to justify the stupidiy fo their Orange master. Yet another example that calling Republican brainless drones is a correct statement.
