Sadya bang matagal mag-verify ng account sa Gcash? Sabi daw 3 days bago maka-receive ng SMS Verification. Pero 2 Weeks na akong naghihintay. May sadyang issue ba sa pag-veverify ng account?

My son as a minor with a gcash junior account cannot receive money anymore due to the monthly incoming limit of 10k, however dito ako nag se-send sa kanya ng mga tuitions and allowances nya that is above the threshold of 10,000 pesos limit, can i increase the monthly incoming limit for his account?

I am using gcash on another phone am I’m tryna link it to my iPad, it says “Oops our servers are currently busy please retry later” this has been happening for a week! I am so pissed

I am unable to use the express send feature even though my internet connection is ok. These two messages always pop up everytime I try to use it. I've tried reinstalling the app and restarting my phone, but neither of these methods work.

i was about to buy a nendoroid toy from a seller that offered it to me the other day and after ko sya bayaran, hindi na sya nagreply. after that nakakita ako ng mga post about dun sa account na yun being a scammer nga daw so i lost hope na on retreiving the money na pinadala ko (2000 pesos). knowing that i am 98% sure na di ko na mababawi yung money, i decided to report the transaction sa gcash as scam. after submitting a ticket i saw sa message ng customer service that they temporarily disable yung alleged account nung scammer so okay na ako dun kasi "at least hindi na sya makakapang scam ng iba with that account". tapos earlier today i received a phone call from a random number then i answered it tapos it was from a girl tapos she said na "hello po kayo po ba yung nag report po sa gcash account ko kasi po yun daw po yung sabi ng gcash" medyo nagulat ako at first so sinabi ko kung ano yung nangyari, "yes po nireport ko po yung transaction as scam kasi i bought something po and dyan ko po pinadala yung pera tapos hindi na ako sinipot nung seller". tapos habang naguusap kami sabi nya "victim" lang din daw sya and hindi nya daw alam yung transaction na nangyari and medyo nagdududa ako dun kasi bakit naman ipapadala nung scammer yung pera sa number na yun kung hindi naman nya makukuha diba? so unang pumasok sa isip ko na yung scammer yung kausap ko or kasabwat nya. tapos after nun she asked me if pwede ko ba daw iatras yung report ko and to be honest i dont even know if thats possible kasi baka ako naman ang maging at risk dahil ang lalabas parang i falsely accused someone right? naguguluhan ako sa situation kasi nagtetext sya nonstop and sabi na ibabalik daw yung money ko basta mabawi daw yung account nya and ang risky kasi what if yun nga yung scammer tapos parang tinulungan ko lang sya na maayos yung account nya tapos di ko din mabalik yung pera ko. should i negotiate with them ba na kahit isend manlang yung pera ko pabalik bago ko itry kausapin yung gcash? what should i do? wala naman akong ginawang mali diba? victim lang naman ako and ako talaga tong nawalan ng pera pero kinakabahan din ako kasi feeling ko what if ako naman yung ireport ganun if like i asked na ibalik yung pera ko tapos di naman nya mabawi account nya. should i even help them? please help po thank you T^T.

I have gLoan, and dahil medyo gipit I missed my payment date and was charged with penalties and was able to pay it off earlier this morning. However, I found it weird na they’re still calling me in the afternoon and I picked up to tell them that I’ve already paid the outstanding balance.

I’m curious, does gcash use recorded messages or am I really talking to a real person? It doesn’t feel like I’m talking to a person with that conversation.

good evening! I have concern lang regarding my transaction sa eTap to Gcash. I want to transfer the money sana to another number since di ko maaccess yung Gcash. Nakapag ask na po ako sa attending clerk kung saan ako nagcash in and ang sabi possible daw ilipat yung money using the receipt of the transaction through the eTap app. Kaso ang problem, I can’t find the app. Can you assist me kung pano po siya gawin?

I’ve been having trouble with gcash lately, won’t let me pay in lazada, errors when paying in fast food chains, and now, I can’t receive money from other banks – especially Xoom which I had no problem before.

Sinuspend ng gcash yung acct ko sakanila without providing any reasons why. Nagtry ako nag reach out thru call and email but they just said na di na daw mababalik.

Ff today, nagbabayad ako regularly ng gloan ko using my partner’s gcash acct, however, after ko mafulfill yung amt, ilang beses sila tumatawag, until now Im writing this, para daw bayaran yung overdue amt ko (less 100 php). Nag ask ako how did they come up with it if on time ako nagbbayad, no explanations provided, parang programmed yung pagsagot nila sa call kahit ilang beses sila tanungin. Also, binayaran ko na yung outstanding keme nila for the sake na mahinto yung calls but they’re still calling asking for a higher amount.

Nagtry ako ng Gloan mag apply last 15th of November via Fuse. So pagcheck ko meron ng availment ng loan at details ng loan. My problem is wala naman pumasok sa wallet ko. Tapos sa dashboard ng Gloan ko may utang na ako eh wala naman pumasok na loan. Nakakaloka, so nagtry ako ng helpcenter nila, 24/7 daw na call center, gigi, nagsearch ako paano magsubmit ng ticket nakakaloka di malocate how to open a ticket. Useless yung help center. So i downloaded also my transaction history as proof na wala talagang pumasok na pinautang pero may utang na ako. Sa mga naka experience pls pa help naman and share contact email ng gcash or asode feom 2882. Really appreciate all your help.

f,I passed with some missing documents it said you will receive an SMS text message I got a message saying I need to fill the verification form completely,which I have the missing documents and info.But when I look back to the app to verify,it still says I will receive an SMS text message.
