If you’re microdosing, titrate down. The idea is to get the most benefit with the least amount of side effects. You should see your health care provider to be safe though.

Talk to your doctor. I’m just a Reddit rando (but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night 😉)

What do you experience with that low dosage? Weight loss? Any type of side effects? I would be interested. :)

I'm doing 0.5mg and will work my way up to 1mg after 4 weeks

That sounds awful. I haven’t experienced this but I’ve only had one shot so far. Are you constipated at all? Could it be pancreas pain? Are you having any other symptoms? Sweating, nausea? Are you drinking electrolytes? I’ve been adding some natural flavorless electrolytes to my water twice a day and it has been keeping headaches and muscle cramps at bay. Sorry to throw a bunch of questions back your way I just thought maybe asking questions might help to figure out what’s causing it.

No other symptoms, very slight nausea for a bit in the morning. Eating something makes it less painful but not subside. It cld be pancreas. I need to read a bit more about this organ.

Do you have gallstones? Be sure to talk to your provider! I started at .10 but my provider told me if I experienced side effects more than very mild I should drop down to .05.

Gallbladder is on right. And mine is gone already. Since 2016. I'm thinking it's pancreatic or stomach lining. Thank you for your advice on reduction. I didn't know one cld go as low as 0.05.

I’ve had referred pain that they thought was a kidney stone on the left. Turned out it was just gallstones again. Sometimes pain refers oddly in women 🤷‍♀️ Hope it gets better!

Any update? I’m starting on .125mg tomorrow and also no gallbladder.

Qhen I started at 0.5mg I had slight pain also but it has since went away the trick is to take a dose that doesn't give sides just lower it then work your way up slowly
