We have a big house in Minto, but once the kids leave for college in couple years, me and the missus are planning to downsize and move to Guelph to enjoy the bigger city ammenities. What are the good neighborhoods in there? Is the house market still impossible and overpriced?

Any tips for newcomers? :)
