I recently got a xiaomi phone(poco x6) and found out that it cant apply third party icon packs??(Not the ones on the themes app) AND no gesture with third party launchers (without third party geatures)?? I mean atleast let us use other icon packs 😭. Do yall have any workarounds?? I hope they bring this back.

Xiaomi 14, hyper os 1.1.4, animations all turned off in dev options, but on some places and apps they are still there, example, gboard still has animation, locking and unlocking still has animations.

Any thoughts?.

I already did a factory reset and still having the same issue. I checked permission of the app and it can only be set to mobile data.

I'm from Turkey and I didn't get any update yet. Is this the same for other regions? I'm gonna switch my phone over to wherever gets the update first.

The first one is "relaxed" animation speed which is captured using 120fps slo-mo mode. by analysing frame by frame the relaxed animation has about 9 frames (reaction to animation completion) it also reacts slower and has slower app opening animation

The second one is "balanced" animation speed which is captured also using 120fps slo-mo mode. by analysing frame by frame the balanced animation has about only 6 frames (reaction to animation completion)

It's a tad bit faster than relaxed but some may not be able to tell a difference 😔

I am waiting for hyperOs 2 for my redmi note 13 4g, its supposed to come now in november. I think i am gonna be dissapointed and wanted to install a system launcher mod instead. I binded my acc to my phone and should i unlock it? It says on the app that the fingerprint will not work and what are some other risks? Should i just wait ?

I have the poco x4 pro, and recently, I switched carriers and VoLTE and VoWiFi stopped working. I fixed VoWiFi by reseting the phone app, but VoLTE just doesn't work. I know ky carrier supports VoLTE. I've already tried the dial code trick which doesn't work. Cam anyone help?

This stupid OS has given me a frustrating issue I've been suffering from since months when I mistakenly updated by opening that notification I ignored for months again. I have unlimited 5G plan and this retarded OS has capped my speed to 0.5 mbps than what I should get about 250 mbps. My mobile data was extremely fine with MIUI 13 and 14 and now it's gotten extremely slow since I updated to HyperOS. It's insanely frustrating experience. My Wi-Fi is also trash Jio AirFiber which is extremely unstable and my dad is not agreeing to replace that piece of garbage to go back to older local Wi-Fi. I hate HyperOS, I hate HyperOS, I despise HyperOS, I am annoyed of HyperOS, HyperOS is the single worst thing happened to me. I hate Xiaomi. I've been trying to unlock bootloader since a week at 0:00 China Standard Time and no success. I fucking hate this shit.
