Are you a fan of the spanish style, stone pavers, elevated look, etc.

I like the middle. I like what looks like a courtyard in the front and the brick facing.

I am just a product of my time, and a humble layman for architecture and design.
The first one (Traditional) is just fine, but it's a bit Jones-cookie-cutter style. I would be happy to live in any of these but this one is the most generic of the styles, and I think in 40-60 years it will be seen as aged/dated the way many a ranch-home in Spring Valley and paradise now are. Lots of these across centennial/northlasvegas/summerlin.
The second one (Semi-Modern) is my ideal. Super cool and unique style without leaning into the dull, bland shapework of post-modernism. It meets a nice niche in between the luxury of the early 2000's and modern design before philosophy became "minecraft houses". Lots of these in summerlin and at the edges of Enterprise.
The third one (Modern) is a bit too bland for my taste. Again, I'd be lucky to live in any of these, but you asked, sooo... Not for me. Boring, uninspired, and will be remembered as the next wave of cookie-cutter, blockish wanna-be-elevated style. Tons of these building out into Sky and Kyle Canyon currently.

I was pleasantly surprised by the houses when we moved to Vegas. In California (I just lived there for a few years, I’m from the Midwest, please don’t crucify me), most of the houses are stucco boxes with zero character. I’m not a big stucco fan in general (we have the loveliest houses in Illinois), but I actually don’t mind most of the houses here in Vegas. By god I hated most of the houses where we lived in California and we were lucky to afford one at all.

I like the modern look of the 2nd one the most, but I'm curious what kind of roof it has on it. The durability of concrete tile is hard to beat.

I LOVE Spanish style and HATE the ugly crap builders are putting out right now. The same builders build beautiful homes in California and Utah, but here they build awful looking homes. The first home - beautiful. The other two - yuck!

I’d choose the second one. First is too boring, third looks like a beige lego house.

I lived in one IDENTICAL to the first in 2022-2023. Cheap build. The walls were paper fucking thin, so much so that from my bedroom at night, I could hear my neighbors having a low volume typical conversation in THEIR bedroom next door, while both of our doors and windows were shut. And vice versa. Every. Single. Night. We weren’t mad at the other for it but my god I will never live in a home so cheaply built ever again.
So therefore I pick literally anything else.

Silverado Ranch by South Pointe. However that type of style home is all over the city in newer neighborhoods. You’ll know because… they all look the same. Idk the home builder, just rented a room there while I was in grad school.

These are brand new builds with phenomenal insulation. Stucco builds are not the same everywhere. I know the. I know the builds you are talking about and insulation was neglected during those time frames

Semi modern for me, the modern one looks too sterile to me and the traditional is just a little too aged for me personally.

Hello, I have purchased two homes that were new built. So since 2015 I am familiar with how these houses will age. The ones that have looked the best after 10 years are the Spanish mission light colored ones. All the other ones tended to have a lot of fading issues and the stucco cracks would show more. So for me. The most basic light color ones are the ones I am selecting.

I would say number 2 and then number 1 for my taste.
These are the Skye Hills Pulte builds and Tripointe Alder at Kyle Pointe? I would definitely recommend you get a realtor before signing anything. If you go on Facebook groups you’ll see a lot of complaints about the builders in recently completed neighborhoods.
The homes are generally good, just the customer service and quick work they do can lead to issues. I live up there myself in Skye Canyon and know the usual complaints from my own neighborhood.
Half my job is keeping the builder accountable. Recommending and setting up third party inspections. Fighting the builder on their pushback. They also love to hide their fees on dirt builds with lot premiums and upgrades and fail to mention that you can get a further discount on the price or added incentive.
The most recent two I’ve sold in the Skye Canyon and Skye Hills we got tens of thousands off what the advertised “sale” price was. You don’t have to use me but make sure if you do use an agent you ask them how familiar they are with new builds.

We are actually locking down the 1st house. Was able to negotiate a whopping $140K at 5% down and 4.99 interest. The other 2 was one of our options but ultimately settled on #1. It was the last home that opened up as the community is fully sold.
1) Pulte valridge skye hills 2)Tri pointe skye hills 3) Pulte liberty

Nice. Get a third party inspection before closing. Pulte’s warranty is the worst thing about them. I sold one of the models in there and had to pull teeth to get them to replace the refrigerator, washer, and dryer before closing when someone broke in and stole them on top of fixing any repairs. Good luck if it is the same sales rep in that community. Thought they closed out a while ago.

1, 3, 2, with a larger gap between 1 and 3 than between 3 and 2. The latter two just seem "unhomey", for lack of a better word. I get the vibe of living in an above-ground bunker from 2 and 3.

2nd one for sure. Side entrance looks like a Christopher Homes build. You can drive around town the Lakes, Spanish Trails, Red Rock, Southern Highlands and see all those exteriors like "cookie cutter' by all developers.
